Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards and company policies. You’ll provide high-quality care and supervise others as needed. Your work will be tailored to meet the needs of patients based on their age and condition.
SHIFT- 7:30PM-7:30AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment:
Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, social, and cultural needs. Review medical history and test results.
- Care Planning:
Create and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
- Care Delivery:
Provide hands-on care, follow doctor’s orders, and guide or supervise other staff members.
- Evaluate Outcomes:
Monitor patient progress and make changes to care plans as needed.
- Documentation:
Record assessments, plans, treatments, and patient responses accurately and on time.
- Education and Support:
Help educate patients, families, and staff. Mentor new nurses or students when needed.
- Quality Improvement:
Support initiatives for better patient outcomes and participate in professional development.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare providers and departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, move frequently, and respond quickly to patient needs.
- Must have good vision, hearing, and motor skills.
- Must be able to use a computer and communicate clearly.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Current RN license (or eligibility for one)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Experience in the relevant clinical area
- For H1B candidates: Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Professional certifications Additional related experience or education
